X86 CPU CATERR detected

CATERR = catastrophic error condition, asserted by the processor

I would let Apple tell you what is the way forward for a resolve—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Personally I would not spend any money on repairs to a 2019 Mac for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons is because the Logic Boards on the 2019 models seem to have a higher rate of failure than previous models (especially the 16" model which has an even higher rate of failure). The money spent on repairs is better put towards a new laptop.
