Mini M4 Pro with second monitor doesn’t work on wake

The Mini is connected to Studio Display. That works fine. I have an extended screen second display connected with TB3 to DisplayPort cable. It works fine on a full reboot but wont respond on wake. Display is in standby but won’t connect on wake (set-up shows only primary display). It I reboot the computer without touching a thing, the second display comes on and works as it should.

Any ideas for how to get it to come on without a reboot?

A quick work around to prevent having to restart or unplug/replug that display, is to test and use a Hot Corner.

Set a corner to Put Display to Sleep, use it to re-sleep the displays and then re-wake to see if both displays will wake.
