Music App - Updating Local Library Playlists

I am a DJ and I rely on LOCAL music Library files to manage my music. I keep them on EXTERNAL hard drives and I DO NOT have my "sync library" ON.

I do not want recommendations. I do not want Apple to modify my versions. I do not want to share my libraries to the cloud. I do not want to see them between devices. I wand to manage them LOCALLY. I purchase all my music to play it on gigs.

Since I updated to Sonoma 14.7, I am unable to synch my local Music App play lists to my iphone 12.

Can anyone tell me how to select my local playlists on my local Music Library in my Mac and synch to my iphone. Heck, I do not EVEN see my iphone anymore when connected to the Mac

I am petrified about my other music programs (ie: Traktor) not detecting my local library where my own music is stored.
