Game Centre - Nearby Multiplayer is greyed out

I’ve never played games or signed up. Why is this feature greyed out so I can’t toggle it off?

I’ve been hacked on multiple devices past 4 plus years. They’re going via my id and they’re passive aggressive hackers .

Find my iPhone turns itself in by itself regardless of what I do. Apple and phone carrier(s) say it’s not normal.

someone told me it’s exploitation via coercion. Another told me it’s Pegasus malware.

would love my I’d back and these hackers that supposedly know me, caught!
