Recovering disappeared Notes from iPhone
I know i can still find my notes on icloud.com and i did find the ones on icloud there. BUT THERE ARE "ON MY IPHONE" NOTES

You can try this. If you are runniung a VPN turn it off and make sure you have rebooted the iPhone since you did the last updade. If you haven't do so and reboot again.
