I have this function:
"("&((12 May 2023−11 May 2024)−(12 May 2023−11 May 2024)÷7×6×0.1203)÷7×6×0.1203&")"
which gives me the results of:
(33d 18h 8m 23s 831ms)
how do I get it to trim it to
(33d)
I've tried everything, but it just comes up with errors
That will work as long as it is 3 characters like 33d but not for 1d or 101d or if it is less than a day.
I recommend DUR2DAYS to turn your math formula into a decimal number of days then use ROUND or INT to get rid of the decimals.
="("&INT(DUR2DAYS(...))&"d)" where "..." is your math formula.
I think you do not need SUM in the formula
I've worked it out:
"("&LEFT(((SUM(12 May 2023−11 May 2024)−(12 May 2023−11 May 2024)÷7×6×0.1203)÷7×6×0.1203),3)&")"
