Two keyboard languages when buying a new macbook online

I saw an Apple user ask this question, but no one gave him a solution.

If you want two keyboards on your MacBook or Mac, keyboard skins are a perfect solution. To add any keyboard language, go to system settings-> keyboards-> Input sources and choose the keyboard you want to add. Then, you can select the two options available if you like. One is to set up an input menu to switch keyboard layouts faster, and another automatically switches the keyboard according to the language of the document you are working on. I tried to share pictures but this website didn't let me saying that an error accour... try again, I tried 10 times and never worked.... Ps. I just pleaced a picture in my website.
