Why is "Vincent" and "American Pie" on Don McLeans album "American Pie" greyed out?

When I search for the album American Pie by Don McLean in iTunes Music for PC or on my iPhone, the tracks 1 and 3 are greyed out. When I click them on my phone, I get the notice "This item is not available in your country or region". I am in Denmark.

Can someone tell me if this is an error, something that the record label decided, or something that Apple decided?
