How can I recover deleted GoPro video on Mac?

I accidentally deleted a few important videos from my GoPro while transferring files to my MacBook. Unfortunately, I realized the mistake too late, and the videos were not backed up anywhere. I’ve tried checking the GoPro’s SD card on my Mac, but the videos don’t show up in the Trash or anywhere else.


I’m looking for a reliable way to recover deleted GoPro video on Mac directly from the SD card on macOS. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I’m open to any suggestion, as long as they are safe and effective. Any step-by-step guidance would also be greatly appreciated!
