I have an iPhone 14 Plus and an iPad 6th generation. My iPhone suddenly became very very slow. I’ve done everything i can think of except installing a malware. Both devices were factory reset. What is the top anti-malware apps. Thank you

None. Apple's sandboxing prevents malware from affecting the unit, so that can't be the cause of the slowness. It also stops any scanners from checking files other than their own document.

A "malware" app will do nothing to help your phone.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the devices to an authorized Apple service shop to let them run some checks and tests on the iPhone and iPad.
