Brand new MBP, location services won't work - can't find my location on maps, and Date & Time doesn't recognize my location, neither does Siri.
I've authorized location services in privacy setting to all of the above, and turned all all the toggles in system services.
I've restarted the machine, but still no good....

I did, several times. Restarting the system also didnt work.
Have you tried toggling Location Services OFF then ON again?

I'm pretty sure location services and the map, and Weather, requires to have Wi-Fi to be enabled. Even if you are using Ethernet to connect to the Internet.
Same problem, all my laptops and iMac
