Missing Numerals face on Apple Watch
I am very disappointed that the iwatch Numerals face has been removed. When it comes to jewelry, I am a minimalist. Why was this removed?

Apple makes changes with the faces with every major release of watchOS. They add some, they change some, they remove some.
I have Numerals Mono and Numerals Duo. As I don't remember the face you're referring to, I don't know how they compare.

Meanwhile, there are apps in the App Store that let you create faces. I've never really played with them so I can't recommend any.
X-Large is also a fairly minimalist face. So is Reflections, though in a different way.
