The iOS 18.1.1 upgrade has affected the ability to type. The touch screen and the keypad seem to be out of alignment and the AI text suggestions are automatically changing my words to garbage. The phone is basically unusable for sending text messages.
I want to back out my upgrade, but the only way is to restore a backup from 10 days ago.
iPhone 12 mini, iOS 18
I restarted and it fixed it.
The moral of the story, always restart before complaining online. 🤷🏻♀️
