"sleep" in health app now recording sitting as sleeping?

Has the sleep tracker on the Apple Watch become more sensitive? I recently upgraded from a watch 8 to a watch 10 and went to iOS 18. I don't know if it is the new watch or the upgrade but for some reason the sensitivity for recording when I am asleep in the health app is now all over the place. When I am sitting playing video games or watching tv it records me as being "asleep" in the health app. It is totally messing with my vitals because I went from getting about 7 hours a night to now on some days it records me as being "asleep" for like 12 hours. See attached screen shot - I can assure you that I was not asleep from 5.00pm to 5.00am. But for some reason my watch thinks I was. This only started a few weeks ago and coincides with me upgrading my watch/phone and updates. I have an iPhone 16, Apple Watch 10 and I am on 18.1.1 and 11.1 and always keep my products on the latest version. Is there something wrong with the sensor maybe? Or perhaps it was the iOS upgrade? I took it into the Apple Store and they had no answers. Just said maybe my heart rate gets low when I play video games or watch TV. But it has never happened with my watch 8 or iPhone 12.
