How can I unlock my iPhone apps after they were restricted?

Yesterday my mom told me to get a app called pingo for find my kids I did that and today she accidentally restricted all my apps and I was also just accepting and allowing , I didn’t see that she was locking my apps so I would love to delete pingo and get my apps back the delete bar is not there (she also doesn’t know how to unlock them)

If an app or feature on your device is not working or is restricted, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution. See how to use Screen Time on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch by clicking here --> Use Screen Time on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
