Safari tabs are closed and or completely deleted

I opened my phone this morning and all my tabs on my homepage on safari were gone ,as well a complete tab group with opened tabs were deleted. Weirdly enough were the my two other tap groups still working and have not shown anything changes as of now. But the tabs in my privat safari are also gone.

what should I do to get them back and has this happened to anyone else ?
