Help, I see emails bouncing into my inbox and then bouncing right back out. How can I stop that?I have been trying to reset a password for a website for 3 days and that reset email bounces in and out of my box. It doesn't go to spam or trash. I see it coming in but it bounces right back out. Is there a setting I need to change?

Can you give us the @email you are using?
If it's a Hotmail you are going to have to remove you Hotmail address from Mail and re-enter it and use the Microsoft Exchange option.
If it is a Gmail email I would suggest you remove it from Mail and re-enter it using the Google option
It's my @Mac.com email. So I am on Mac mail when this is happening.
