iOS 18.x - Files App - Document Scanning unstable - where's the error log file ?

Hi,

I've started encountering a problem when I use the "Files" App to scan documents - it's frequently crashing after taking the photo.

Where can I find the log file in order to search for the error message to troubleshoot this better and ask for "Support" ?

Hardware: iOS 18.1.1 on iPhone XR (Model NT0G2J/A) with 45GB Storage Free.
