Extremely slow transfer from Mac to External Drive on Sequoia 15.0

Extremely slow transfer from Mac to External Drive on Sequoia 15.0, I have been trying to transfer just the smallest sizes, and Massive sizes of Data. It does't even show how long it will be for transfering the files anymore.

But even for a small amount like 2GB it takes over an hour.

I am using two different ssd's, SanDisk and Lacie, USB-C and USB 3.0.


Anyone else also having this proplem?

I tried some tips from older Posts ex. Spotlight,

also both drives are formated to AFPS.

I cannot reformat them because there is already work on both drives than need added to.

This has only been a problem since recently.
