Can’t change calendar notify sound

Despite any notification sound I try to set, the sound I listen to is always xylophone and there is no possibility to change it. It’s not depending from my actual smartphone (now iphone 15 pro max) but it depends from my account. This is what Apple absistance said to me. Someone else?
