What is System Data?
On my iMac's 250GB drive, I see that 70GB of storage is taken up by "System Data". On my MacBook Air's drive, 35GB is taken by "System Data". What is that? Is that normal?

Log files, caches, fonts, Time Machine snapshots, etc. Your system manages that space automatically.
