iPhone 16 pro Max won’t let me create stickers

iPhone 16 pro Max won’t let me create stickers. All the premade stickers work. But when I try to make my own it will show up for a second and then disappear. I was hoping 18.1 update would resolve the issue but it hasn’t. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have tried wiping my phone and starting over, it didn’t fix the problem.
