Newly installed Mac Studio running OS 15.1

Bought new Epson WF 4820 along with two Studios. My wife is the graphic artist and needs to be able to print small to at leastw 13x18 paper. Printer is not hardwired. Won't print bleeds, won't allow auto select for paper trays. Tried Epson and they knew less about the printer and the interface with the computer than my wife. I am far less conversant with the graphics side so I am sending this to request help for her.
