Screen Mirroring _ Extended Display_Airplay Issues_Sequoia

Since updating my MacBook Air M2 to Sequoia (and now updated to 15.1) screen mirroring to a Mac mini display on Airplay stopped functioning properly. After a few minutes screen goes black and airplay disconnects. Never had a problem prior. Nothing solves issue. Anyone have issue or guidance?
