my podcast subscriptions are not working

i am not able to play subscription only episodes on any of the channels I have a paid subscription to - it keeps telling me I need to subscribe, I’ll click subscribe and then I get a message that I already have a subscription. How do I fix this? I have deleted and reinstalled the app and turned off my phone but still having issues
