All my notes has been disappeared.

All my notes are gone, nly some could can be seen.

It is very strange that all my notes have been disappeared.

I have many empty folders, so I tried to bring notes from icloud, but sadly all of the relevant notes were only saved to my iPhone. There is no recently deleted folder I could access, I tried restarting my iPhone & I have the latest iOS. Of course, I also don’t have a backup so I’m really starting to panic a bit. Any tips are appreciated.
