Messages bug...messages info button missing next to phone number

I got a text from someone and when I deleted it I went to text in a number of someone and I saw this number come up...usually I can hit the info button next to it to remove recent but it wouldnt let me. Instead it brings a dropdown button instead where it shows my number which is weird in itself and then it shows that number from the person. When it dropsdown it shows my number and then the info button which is weird cuz its not a group text, then next to other number it shows the info button but when I click on it there is no option that says remove recent. There should be though. It just says block number. Its like it shows up as a group text when its not a group text its me and the person...is this a bug in ios 18.1? Why is the info button missing? Why is it showing as a group text when its not a group text?

UPDATE: ITS A GLITCH....it corrected itself after few minutes closing the message app. Def a bug in the app or maybe ios 18.1
