Texts not synching

Texts received on my iPhone 14 Pro (IOS 18.1) don’t always synch on my iMac Pro (Sequoia 15.1). I do not use antivirus software or VPNs, and I have checked the baseline possible causes (same account, text forwarding, yada yada yada).

Any advice is appreciated – it’s frustrating to sit at my computer all day, only to pick up my phone later and find a text that came in hours ago that my Mac never received. Thanks, all.
