Those install with macOS to start with. But FCP has depreciated them. Simple as that. Don't over think it. No one understands Apple's weird logic these days. You'll never get the full details, move forward.
FCP 11 is letting you know that when doing its startup checks, it found 2 audio plugins that are incompatible and will disable them from being used within FCP.
You may be seeing this because you are using the trial version.
