iPhone 15 Pro overheating when using Image Playground

Yes, I m just updated to ios18.2 and it got super hot, i couldn't handle my phone for 1 minute, i let it cool down then i started to use Image Playground and it gets hoy again, plus when i use FaceTime or whats up video now it gets hot again. Overheats. Can anyone tell me how to stop doing the overheating? it is uncomfortable to use.

Apple Intelligence does much of the processing on the iPhone. This helps with privacy and security concerns that many people have about artificial intelligence.
