apple music library won’t sync library and gives me error 9039

Ever since I got a refurbished MacBook Pro 2020, I've been experiencing issues with my music library. Every time I try to turn on Sync Library, it tells me that I've reached the 100,000 song limit, which is incorrect. Additionally, I receive an error message stating that Genius couldn't load my music, along with error code 9039.

I have a large library, with some songs coming from other sources like SoundCloud and Bandcamp, while the rest are all from Apple Music.

I called Apple Support to see if they could help resolve the problem. They informed me that since I have a refurbished laptop, it could take a few days or even weeks for my library to load back up. I'm not sure if the issue lies with my library itself or if I'm just being impatient, as I want to get back into DJing.
