How do you know your computer was "taken over by a scammer"? Did you give the scammer remote access or....?
Sadly, yes. I wanted some help with my printer & didn’t pay attention. Even though not very tech, savvy I’m usually very careful, but under some stress right now. Thought I was talking to HP. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
