Apple One not giving iCloud+ options

I've upgraded to Apple One, and I use two separate emails on my iPhone/Apple products. One for iCloud/Apple ID and one for apps and subscriptions. I've updated the subscription to Apple one for the 2nd email (the one for apps and subscriptions) and was expecting to get an option to apply the 50GB iCloud storage to my 1st email (the one that is my apple ID, and currently has a 2tb iCloud+ plan).

It didn't ask me if I wanted to apply the plan to another account, and once I subscribed, if I go to Settings/Name/Subscriptions/Apple One - there is no option to manage iCloud+ available as the help section said there should be. Only see all plans, choose individual services or cancel.

On the Settings/Name/iCloud page, it's still showing the 2tb iCloud+ plan associated with my apple ID.
