Mac mini (2024) power cable

My new Mac Mini came with a Type A electrical plug as used in China, i.e. no holes as expected for a USA outlet. This seems a bit weird to me. Is Apple no longer providing country specific power cables? The cable works fine, but I understand the holes typical to USA Type A plugs allow for a more secure connection in the outlet.

Type A simply means two prongs, doesn't it? My point was that I got the Type-A typically used in the China mainland market, versus the Type-A typically used in the United States market.
