Unable to update iCloud terms on iPhone 6s

I am struggling to update the new iCloud terms and conditions on my iPhone 6. I need to do this to access my Notes on the phone. I can log into iCloud using a windows machine where I can get to the notes stored in the cloud. Can someone suggest how I can get this resolved?
