Family Sharing concerns
My phone has been hacked and I also feel my family is checking on me with my family sharing
how can I find out especially when I’m hacked or it may be them

Have no idea what you are experiencing by claiming your phone is hacked. With Family Sharing, the Organizer is capable of putting many restrictions on your device and view how much time you are spending on apps, but there is no capability to remotely view what you are doing on your phone.
