Can’t get any product from my Apple orders

All in One not more added to my account and my iPhone 13 Serial number is (F7xxxx2P) Or Model number is (A2633) and this is my current one

My everything is going to another frauds using and I can’t get any product from my order not received by me I hope you can help me with this matter thank you
