Now when I contact them, they say I have to transfer money to open it. My phone was purchased from a store not authorized by Apple. I still keep the purchase documents from that store when they sold it to me

Even sending money is likely not going to help. They are more concerned about getting money from you than actually giving you access to your device. Once you send money, they will likely ghost you or tell you to send more money. If the phone was purchased from an Authorized Seller, the Activation Lock could be removed, but since that is not the case, it is likely that your phone has been bricked.
You will be unable to unlock the device without the password used.

Now I contact the store that sold me the phone and ask for their support. But their store is not an authorized store by Apple in Vietnam.
Regrettably, your device is no longer usable without the password to unlock it.

Actually, it is an expensive lesson to learn, but one that you are likely not to make again. Not sure how boring fits into it.
