My notes folders have suddenly disappeared on my iphone 7- software version 15.8.3. The settings folder shows ~5G of data, but cannot see any notes.
The software is up-to-date software; though I believe it should be v16.
Is the problem due to Apple not supporting iphone 7 software updates?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
