Adaptive Lighting Suddenly Inconsistent, Different Colours w/ Identical Bulbs

Adaptive lighting has always worked flawlessly for me, until now.

Using homepods and smart bulbs, I have scenes and automations set all throughout the house. The adaptive lighting has always worked without any issue, but now it works on some lights but not others.

All bulbs have latest firmware, all iOS devices have latest software updates.

Here's an example of two identical bulbs in a scene, both set to adaptive lighting, both showing completely different colours. It's like this all over the house since the most recent macOS and iOS updates.

Any bulb with adaptive lighting used to have the same colour, now it's mismatched like this all over.

Anyone else experience this and figure out what might be causing it and how to solve it?
