Export active comp to new track HELP

I have problem with exporting active takes when I record something in Logic Pro. When I use Export active comp to new track, it only exports 3/4 part of the comp. I tried to call with Logic Pro support however they were not very helpful. Did you encounter this problem? Sometimes it doesn't export anything, just creates blank new track. It is very annoying because otherwise I need to bounce these comps and it takes time.
