Turning off auto-completed suggestions

Whenever I type “B” in my safari search bar on my iPhone, it automatically completes it with a website I haven’t visited in a while and it’s getting a bit annoying so I want that to stop. I’ve tried following guides online but none of it has helped. I’ve turned off suggestions of all kinds, cleared my history and website data but the issues still presides. If anyone could provide me with information to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it.
