(Solution) Safari refreshes the webpage when zooming in on iPhone

There are several threats on this topic, so I just wanted to note that this is likely not caused by a bug in Safari but by Safari's browser extensions, especially by ad blockers like Adblock Plus. To solve this problem, you should deactivate (or better completely delete) the extension. It is not enough to put the reloading webpage on the whitelist, you have to deactivate the ad blocker.
