NFL+ app Wide Screen Is Blocked on Right, still, no work-around

This is almost certainly an issue that the developers of the app would need to fix, and from reports here and other sites there seems to be little interest from the NFL in fixing this or the many other bugs reported; I can't even find a contact method for their "support" on the NFL+ website.

I had the same problem. There was an update to the NFL app 2 days ago, and it fixed the problem for me.

I searched all my App updates, thee was none for NFL+, I am on my i-pad 6, I am watching the Chiefs game right now Sun Nov 17, and there is one inch 1/2 of a white strip on the right, so cannot really watch the full field of the game! How lame. I paid $6.99/mo, it worked last week when I watched, so...if no App update, then what??

hi everybody. Read all the notes and thought I was toast. I uninstalled/deleted the app from my iPad Pro and reinstall. And logged on of course. I had checked checked first to see if there was an NFL plus update which I couldn’t find. However the newly loaded app shows a different format than the previous one. The previous app wouldn’t load in landscape whereas this one does. So it worked for me. The banner is gone. So you might want to try it again! Good luck

I wrote to the customer care e-mail, mobilecs@nflhelp.com , but only a bounce back, it (nr help from a real person) does not exist. I called a phone # for NFL app, only took me in circles, giving a link to o a problem solving site but when I looked for this issue, it is not thee, so that must mean it is the i-pad??

It must be the i-pad because I watched the full screen on my apple i-phone 11 pro on the NFL+ app, compared the two side by side, and on the phone it works with full screen all visible, no white bar blocking the field of view. But i=pad, still shows the whte bar, Watching a game on a small screen i-phone, well, my eyes hurt now! NT ideal. I will cancel he app likely if he fix doesnt come in the next few weeks before my renewal :(

Here is the fix that worked for me on my iPad Pro: select the game from the center “NFL” option on the bottom menu bar rather than the one just to the left (of scheduled games). Then you can maximize the view without the blocked section on the right side of the screen. I agree they should fix this bug given the cost of the app! Hope this helps in the meantime—it works for us.

I have not seen an update. I still have the problem.
