Dock Error on Sequoia Update

The application “Dock” does not have permission to open “(null)”.

The null in question is LibreWolf and the same idiot response happens when I try to open from the App folder- ie not using 'Dock' at all.

Once again bitten by a bug...

Actually, found the actual fix, run this in terminal:

codesign --remove-signature /Applications/LibreWolf.app

codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/LibreWolf.app

This removes the signature and forces a self-signature. I found this solution here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/finder-does-not-have-permission-to-open-null.2441374/post-33535657

Just ran into the same issue after updating to Sequioa 15.1.1 and I was able to run it by going to Applications > right click on LibreWolf and click "Show Package Content"

Navigate to Contents > MacOS > double click on "librewolf". It runs the application through Terminal and it's working fine. Unfortunately still can't run the application from Dock/Finder directly but I can use the app.
