Find my iPhone not listed in devices under find my iPhone devices list

My iPhone XR, the one originally set up for use that is listed in this profile under devices and under my devices list on the iPhone it’s self , does not come up as listed or at all under find my iPhone devices list!! What do I do? I really need to find that phone!!
