Didn’t receive my new replacement iphone

somehow my new iphone i ordered online 3 months ago didn’t work with the promotion that was going on at the time, so I was told to send it back to Telus and they would send a replacement, but i never got my replacement phone and yet im being charged on my bill for the phone I didn’t receive

I hope there isn’t a fee charged since I won’t do anything with the sent replacement other the immediately mail it back. I repaired my original device and no longer require a replacement. Replacement product never shipped My iPhone 13 pro replacement was lost in transit, this happened on July 18th, but until today, apple didn't give me any solution, the advisor said they would resend me one, but I haven't received it yet, the ups tacking number given to me keeps showing that it was not shipped, but I'm going to travel on August 10th, and the answer they give is always wait!

I mailed my iPhone in for replacement/repair. Only to receive a response saying my order was cancelled! NOW I’m w. without a phone that I bought. After mailing my iPhone, I thought I would receive my replacement? That’s what I was told by the Advisors. Plus I paid in advance for the service. After taking it to the scheduled appointment set by the Advisor it was determined that I needed a replacement. Still one week later & no iPhone. I don’t know what to do and I’m-leaving town for a month. I NEED to access my travel information amongst everything else in my phone!

This really has nothing to do with Apple and this is a user to user only forum anyway. You need to speak with Telus. No one here nor at Apple can help you.
