When will the M4 Mac mini be available in Asia

Sorry I'm new to buying here with the new release, but been using Apple products for more than 7 years.

I was wishing to upgrade to new M4 mac mini

however the delivery options says , currently unavailable.

anyone knows when it will be available on Asia? our supplier is singapore as far as I know.
