Correct passcode not working on iPhone

Hello. Today I entered the correct passcode for my iPhone, but for some reason it doesn’t work. and now I don't have access to my iPhone. I am writing this message from another phone

It doesn't matter as for whatever reason, your phone doesn't believe you are entering the correct code, so it has to be erased and set up again to get back in. The directions I provided are the ones you need.

I didn't forget the password code! he is correct. but for some reason this password is not accepted by iPhone 11
