The buttons on the touchpad and mouse do not work

I started the MacBook after the update, stopped clicking the touchpad, there were no reactions to the buttons, tried everything, even connected an external mouse, for some reason the right and left mouse buttons also refuse to work on it (the mouse is working, tested on several other devices). I erased the mac via my iPhone, but now I can't restore anything, because mouse clicking also doesn't work on the touchpad and on the external mouse. With all this, the mouse cursor moves both when using the touchpad and when using an external mouse. How can this problem be solved?
